Jessica L. Foscolo received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Fairfield University in 2004 where she was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha and Omicron Delta Kappa honor societies. She also spent a semester studying abroad in Florence, Italy. Jessica went on to earn her J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2008. While attending law school, Jessica was the Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor of the Buffalo Public Law Journal. She had the great honor to be recognized in the 2007 – 2008 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. She was also a member of the Buffalo Public Interest Law Program.
Prior to joining KSLN, Jessica was a Volunteer Law Graduate at Volunteer Lawyers Project and the Student Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Richard J. Arcara, U.S. District Court Judge of the Western District of New York. She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association, Erie County, and American Bar Associations. Jessica is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
