NELSON E. SCHULE, JR., is a 1986 graduate of Colgate University and a 1989 graduate of the University of Buffalo Law School. He specializes in the litigation and defense of civil cases.
Ned was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1990 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
He has over 15 years experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, Labor Law, professional malpractice, workers compensation and asbestos. Ned has spoken on many of these topics, and recently presented on the topic of lead paint litigation at a seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute.
Ned is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and a Director of the Western New York Defense Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the New York State Trucking Association.
Prior to joining Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak in August 2003, Mr. Schule was with the Buffalo law firm of O'Shea, Reynolds & Cummings, where he became partner in 1996.
He lives in East Amherst with his wife, Amy, and four children. Ned is an avid golfer and hockey player.
