RODGER P. DOYLE, JR.,  is a 1991 graduate of the State University of Buffalo School of Law. His law practice focuses on commercial litigation and defense of personal injury actions for both insurers and self-insured entities. Much of Rodger's practice involves the defense of automobile, motorcycle and truck accidents. He also has considerable experience in medical malpractice and employment-related litigation. Significantly, Rodger has also handled a wide variety of litigated matters for larger electrical utilities.

 

Rodger is an experienced trial lawyer, who has successfully litigated hundreds of cases including appeals and trials. He is admitted to practice before the New York State Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York.

 

Rodger's pre-law school background in automobiles and motorcycles gives him a unique understanding of the dynamics of all motor vehicle accidents. Indeed, Rodger's experience as an automobile and motorcycle service manager, professional motorcycle racer, licensed motorcycle inspector and his continued interest in automobiles and motorcycles, aids his ability to litigate complex and catastrophic motor vehicle accidents.

 

Rodger's hobbies include automobiles, motorcycles and photography. Rodger is the proud father of two daughters and lives in Amherst, NY
